As a Bike Mechanic in our workshop you will provide high‑quality bike maintenance and repair services to help our customers enjoy their bikes for longer. Your role is to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems while ensuring the best possible customer experience. You will also be involved in recycling and repairing defective bikes in‑store, playing a key part in our mission to help preserve our planet.

Your Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Share tips and experiences with users, provide technical advice and assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether in‑store or online.
- Merchandising – Manage stock levels and pricing autonomously and ensure each customer can find the right product for their sporting practice.
- Team Player – Work well within a shop‑floor team of like‑minded Sales Assistants and independently during the busiest times.
