RVT Group is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Project Lead to join our team. This is a multi-disciplined Project Lead role delivering site-based projects primarily for our General Ventilation and LEV product groups at a range of engagement levels. You will also be expected to learn our water treatment and environmental monitoring product range. You'll manage the operational aspect of the project from technical site survey through to installation and testing and commissioning, delivering project performance and monitoring achievement of QCDP's. RVT works across a range of industries and workplaces, including high‑risk areas such as oil refineries, large construction projects, MOD sites and naval shipyards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver site-based customer projects at a range of engagement levels.
- Lead project performance, monitoring achievement of QCDP KPIs.
- Ensure stakeholders are appropriately updated, supported and engaged.
- Adhere to our sales process and conduct site surveys as and when required.
- Identify and mitigate site risks, ensuring that regulatory and customer requirements are met to a high standard.
- Support, manage, motivate and lead the site install teams to success.
- Maintain a high level of site health and safety awareness across all projects.
This role includes travel across the UK, and a company vehicle will be provided.
Qualifications
- 3 years of supervision or site management experience (E)
- CSCS / ECS card (E)
- Electrical and/or mechanical related NVQ Level 3 (E)
- Good knowledge of LEVHVAC systems (E)
- Water Treatment Experience (Lamella, Chemical Dosing, Water monitoring, etc) (D)
- Knowledge of LEV systems (D)
- Maths & English Level 2 (E)
- Health & Safety Cert e.g., IOSH/SSSTS (E)
- Project Management Qual - Prince2 / APM (D)
