As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you're passionate about great customer care - and you're a real team player.

Responsibilities
  • Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
  • Be attentive and alert at all times
  • Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
  • Welcome and support members when using the facilities
  • Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
  • Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
