Position: Employed Fitness Coach & Self‑employed Personal Trainer

Compensation & Hours: Part‑time (12 hours a week), 3×4‑hour shifts as Fitness Coach, monthly salary. Outside employed hours, run your own PT business paying a monthly rent.

Role Overview: Engage with members to deliver a world‑class experience, uphold cleanliness, lead inductions and deliver engaging group exercise classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage members on the gym floor.
  • Deliver welcoming prospect tours in line with brand standards.
  • Deliver group exercise classes.
  • Deliver member inductions.
  • Support prospective members to join JD Gyms.
  • Conduct club standards checks and record results.
  • Provide ad‑hoc member support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Maintain brand standards and comply with health & safety.
  • Monitor service delivery through performance and feedback.
  • Operate safely and legally at all times.
  • Consider energy, environmental, and waste management.
  • Analyse and present key data to support new ideas or initiatives.
