We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join the Digital Technology Service (DTS) team at Sheffield Hallam University. This role involves providing proactive administrative support across a range of digital and operational services, ensuring an excellent experience for staff, students, visitors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
  • Supporting meetings, events, and diary management
  • Maintaining records, reports, and administrative systems
  • Assisting with procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Supporting mobile phone and IT kit deployment
