About Transave

Transave is a member owned credit union, supporting thousands of individuals and families with fair, affordable financial products. We're now looking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing customer services team.

Role

You will be responsible for the onboarding of new members as well as processing changes to current members accounts. There will be potential to progress within the department.

About You

  • We're open to candidates from a variety of paths including school leavers, and mothers returning to work.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when handling member information and account records.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and in line with data protection requirements.
  • Reliable and dependable, with good time keeping skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role and team.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office role.
  • Basic numeracy skills and confidence working with figures.
  • Experience handling forms, documentation, or record keeping.
  • An understanding of data protection or confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
