Responsibilities
- Act as a Thunderbird brand ambassador – bringing the brand's culture, energy, and standards to life.
- Run high‑performing shifts, leading the team to consistently deliver Gold Standard service.
- Support the management team in maintaining operational excellence across the site.
- Represent the restaurant during food hygiene audits and ensure full safety compliance.
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and usage to maximise profitability.
- Oversee cash handling, accurate payments, and end‑of‑shift reconciliations.
- Handle feedback, queries, and complaints to ensure every guest leaves happy.
- Take orders, serve food, and build relationships with guests, turning first‑time visitors into loyal regulars.
- Lead the kitchen team in breading, frying, plating, and building some of the best fried chicken around.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout service and at close‑down.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen with confidence preparing and cooking food independently.
