Are you immediately available? Worked in HR, Recruitment or a Talent team? Element Recruitment are partnering with a successful business in Somerset who are going through a very exciting period of growth. Seeking a proactive Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to support the wider Talent team.
You will get to work in a super friendly, and growing team, while being exposed to different elements of HR from Talent, L&D to BP.
Starting ASAP
- 3 months until 30/09/2026
- 4 days home working, 1 day in the office (can be more flexible if further afield)
- 1 day a week in the office in Wiltshire
- £14.83 per hour
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the TA Partners and TA Advisors with candidate communications including scheduling screening calls and interviews.
- Assist in managing vacancies on our ATS and on Excel trackers, ensuring their contents are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct effective screening calls with candidates to form part of the selection process.
- Manage and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment period including coordinating and leading on feedback to all candidates.
- Complete offer paperwork for new hires, ensuring a fast and efficient offer process.
- Work closely with our Onboarding team to ensure smooth handovers from talent acquisition.
- Assist with managing the recruitment mailbox, ensuring queries are answered properly in a timely manner.
- Perform all duties efficiently, in line with legislation and best practice, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
You will need:
- Experience working in a recruitment environment
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
- Previous HR or administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, you'll bring energy and professionalism to the role
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
