Responsibilities
- Receive customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner, and discuss and confirm their requirements.
- Take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.
- Utilise customer service and sales skills to identify and promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a methodical, self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.
- Ensure the customer’s best interests are kept at the heart of all interactions.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Friendly and professional manner with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work methodically.
- Sales aptitude to discuss and promote relevant products and services.

Hours
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
