As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be a leader and mentor, able to communicate and influence at all levels providing first class service to internal and external stakeholders. This role is focused on working closely with suppliers to deliver world class performance in a true collaborative partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team comprising Supplier Account Managers, Supply Chain Controllers and a Buyer.
- Take overall responsibility to ensure suppliers deliver parts on time into Incora so that we can then deliver on time to our customers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for managing escalations and issues, ensuring service levels are maintained for valued customers.
- Ensure your team delivers outstanding service and supports their learning, development and growth in their roles.
- Travel internationally once a quarter and visit the UK supplier base on a monthly basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Solutions focused and innovative problem solver, able to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
- Self driven, capable of thinking "big" and delivering genuine, positive change within the supply chain function.
- Proven experience of developing and managing supplier relationships, with demonstrated transformation of supplier performance.
- Solid background in people management, positively influencing teams to drive performance while balancing freedom to perform with accountability.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Passion for Incora Values and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
