Salary £26,325 (dependent on experience), 37.5 hours/week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
  • Develop efficient management systems and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Promote the development and maintenance of a quality learning environment throughout the practice.
  • Deputise for the Practice Manager, overseeing day to day operations of the surgery.
  • Ensure the effective processing of all administrative work and liaise appropriately with the reception and administration team.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

  • Essential reception or customer care experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills - Word, Excel, email.
  • Experience working in an NHS or GP practice and using System One desirable.
  • Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintaining data security.
  • Willingness to work within a team and take on delegated responsibilities.
