Responsibilities

  • Define and agree project requirements and objectives with governance stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery through to acceptance, closure, and service handover.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across all project phases.
  • Track and report progress through KPIs, highlight reports, and governance forums.
  • Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and standards.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage financial performance including costs, forecasts, and milestones.
  • Support invoicing and ensure milestone sign off from customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience delivering projects within Defence or secure environments.
  • Proven delivery of transition and transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management across complex environments.
  • Experience managing financials including P and L visibility and cost tracking.
  • Ability to manage risk, governance, and reporting at programme level.
  • Strong leadership and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
