PURPOSE: Lead the project on the ground to safely and efficiently deliver the project on time to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of works on site to ensure they are carried out safely.
  • Oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Project Managers responsibilities.
  • Continually monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the RAMS and address where necessary.
  • Ensure works are carried out to the specification and quality records are in place to demonstrate such.
  • Programme the works.
  • Compile and manage the project budget.
  • Keeping up to date records for works undertaken.
  • Continually improving performance on site to maximise output safely.
  • Lead on site to embody the H&S ethos of the business is embraced by the site personnel.
  • Lead meetings and articulate the issues found on site.

Success Measures:

  • Zero incidents on site.
  • Works are planned and carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure good client and project team relationship.
  • Building a relationship with our supply chain to emboss a team ethos.
  • Build a relationship with the client's management team on site to win confidence on how the works are carried out daily.
  • Develop and encourage the team to improve and progress through the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS.
  • 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree/MSc.
  • Temporary Works Co-ordinator.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Lifting Supervisor.
  • Clean driving license.
  • MS Office literate.

Core Competencies:

  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself to improve daily.
  • Lead a team on site to hit the required outputs each and every week.
