PURPOSE: Lead the project on the ground to safely and efficiently deliver the project on time to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of works on site to ensure they are carried out safely.
- Oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Project Managers responsibilities.
- Continually monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the RAMS and address where necessary.
- Ensure works are carried out to the specification and quality records are in place to demonstrate such.
- Programme the works.
- Compile and manage the project budget.
- Keeping up to date records for works undertaken.
- Continually improving performance on site to maximise output safely.
- Lead on site to embody the H&S ethos of the business is embraced by the site personnel.
- Lead meetings and articulate the issues found on site.
Success Measures:
- Zero incidents on site.
- Works are planned and carried out efficiently.
- Ensure good client and project team relationship.
- Building a relationship with our supply chain to emboss a team ethos.
- Build a relationship with the client's management team on site to win confidence on how the works are carried out daily.
- Develop and encourage the team to improve and progress through the organisation.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS.
- 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree/MSc.
- Temporary Works Co-ordinator.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Lifting Supervisor.
- Clean driving license.
- MS Office literate.
