Manufacturing and Production – Wirral, Merseyside

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum – Permanent

Location: Ellesmere Port

Reports to: 2 Direct Reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the MRP process
  • Maintain planning parameters including lead times, ROP, ROQ, and safety stock
  • Balance capacity and workload, identifying constraints and solutions
  • Oversee purchasing of standard and long lead time materials
  • Optimise inventory levels and stock health
  • Maintain ERP/MRP planning data accuracy
  • Co-ordinate product and stock change management
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior planning or supply chain role
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
  • Manufacturing environment experience essential
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
