This key regional role is responsible for building relationships and partnering with business leaders across Europe, including our VP, Engineering. As one of two Senior HRBPs supporting our 12 European countries, you need deep technical expertise, high empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Senior People Partners engage in a hands‑on consultative manner, identifying talent needs, critical skills gaps, forecasting and developing plans for OD and internal mobility, and leading strategic, project‑based people and business initiatives.
