What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

  • Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
  • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
