Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Conduct accurate property valuations across residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed use properties.
- Book and manage valuation appointments, including all pre and post appointment follow up.
- Conduct property viewings in line with company procedures.
- Register applicants and manage enquiries across company platforms.
- Create and release property marketing materials, including media content and property alerts.
- Manage compliance tasks, such as ordering EPCs and required certifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners, investors, developers, and solicitors.

- Experience in property or estate agency, ideally within Solihull or the wider West Midlands.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Competent with property software, MS Office, and valuation/CRM tools.
