We are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Site Manager to lead delivery on a high profile mechanical pipework project. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Construction Manager / M&E Site Manager with a strong track record in delivering complex mechanical installations.
This is a high profile build with plenty of complexity and visibility. You'll be taking the reins on a major mechanical package, leading site management through the remaining 6 months of Phase 1, with Phases 2 and 3 set to run for another 24 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage all mechanical pipework installation activities on site as Senior Mechanical Site Manager
- Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour
- Oversee programme delivery, progress tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Drive quality assurance across all mechanical installations
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
- This role is for a strong character! Someone who commands authority naturally and isn't afraid to make tough calls.
- Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Construction Manager / M&E Site Manager
- Strong background in mechanical pipework systems and installations
- Experience delivering large-scale or high-value construction projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality on site
- SMSTS and relevant mechanical or building services qualifications
