Opportunity
We're working with a well established building services contractor delivering high quality projects across the residential, student accommodation, and hotel sectors throughout London.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead projects from pre construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of M&E packages across multiple projects
- Manage projects from tender stage through to final account
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Preparation and submission of valuations and variations
- Risk management and value engineering
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical packages
- Ability to run projects independently
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of JCT contracts
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
