Our Children’s Residential Home is looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at an Apple Tree Bungalow in Swinderby, Lincoln.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist them in daily activities and accompany them on community trips.
- Transport people to community activities, such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings, using a company vehicle.
- Maintain a full UK driver’s licence and at least 2 years of driving experience in the UK.
Rates start at £13.99 per hour, increasing to £15.99 for those with experience. Level 1: £13.99; Level 2: £14.31; Level 3: £15.99. Opportunities to progress through our competency framework for higher hourly rates.
