Experienced Senior Lettings Manager required to lead a busy branch in the Crawley area: grow lettings business, manage a team and deliver excellent customer service while achieving strong results and building lasting client relationships. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department
- Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve targets
- Generating new lettings business and increasing market share
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
- Monitoring team performance and supporting staff development

- Previous experience in residential lettings, ideally in a management role
