What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department
- Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve targets
- Generating new lettings business and increasing market share

- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
