The Paid Social team plans and executes market leading social advertising campaigns across a variety of social media platforms. Based at EssenceMediacom's office at 1 Southwark Bridge Road, the Senior Account Executive will develop their knowledge of paid advertising across all key social channels, from activation through reporting, and plan & deliver award winning work in a busy agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- End to end set up of paid social campaigns across all relevant platforms.
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure best practice standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshoot and optimise for performance improvements.
- Produce detailed and accurate weekly and monthly performance reports, typically in Microsoft Excel.
- Write performance commentary that delivers actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist with detailed analysis, including end of campaign reporting and quarterly or annual reviews.
- Client & Partner Management
- Collaborate closely with line managers, the wider team, and the Global Hub team to deliver high quality work for clients.
- Engage with partners and attend regular platform training sessions to further develop paid social expertise.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage workload and communicate clearly and timely with internal and external stakeholders via email, chat, video, and in person.
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to contribute to a collaborative paid social community.
- Follow mandatory agency finance processes, ensuring timely invoicing and minimal finance queries.
