As a result of our continued growth within the cruise, ferry and yacht sectors, we are now searching for a Senior Claims Executive to handle both passenger and crew personal injury claims from our London office. As a Senior Claims Executive in Skuld, you will be part of a world leading marine insurance provider where service and competence is key. Responsibilities
- You will be part of a dynamic Claims team in London and collaborate closely with the team in New York, as well as developing relationships with members, brokers, and clients.
- Handle cruise, ferry and yacht passenger and crew personal injury claims.
- Review employment and passenger ticket contracts for all our Members.
- Continuously observe and report developing claims trends, monitor legal and regulatory developments and relevant industry activities.
- Build strong relations with Members and Brokers.
- Promote Skuld in the market and participate in marketing efforts.
- Contribute to a friendly, open, and trusting work environment.

Qualifications
- Relevant work experience handling personal injury claims within the cruise, ferry and/or yacht sector.
- A law degree, preferably within maritime law, would be an added advantage.
- An interest in and understanding of the shipping industry.
- Language skills - English at a high level, fluent in speaking and writing.
- Willing and able to embody our values (Accurate, Bold, Caring and Dedicated) in everything you do.
