This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate - Corporate Funds seeking exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional work within a high-performing and collaborative environment. Practice Focus
The Senior Associate - Corporate Funds will play a key role in advising on sophisticated cross-border transactions, often involving multiple advisors and stakeholders. Work will include M&A, corporate restructurings, the formation of investment vehicles (including funds and incentive structures), and debt and equity financing. You will lead on complex matters while working closely with a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering exceptional technical advice across jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years' PQE with strong experience in corporate, M&A and/or funds
- Background in a leading UK, Irish or international firm preferred
- Experience managing or supporting multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Strong technical, analytical and numerical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
