The Role
Our Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team handles every stage of a claim - from liability investigations and policy coverage through to quantum assessment across all levels of Multi-Track work.
The team works closely with experienced Partners on complex, high-value, and sensitive cases, acts for leading insurer and corporate clients, gains exposure to a broad range of claims including motor, employer's liability, and public liability, and plays a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Partners on a varied caseload of catastrophic injury and large loss claims.
β’ Conduct investigations
- Taking witness statements
- Reviewing and interpreting medical records and reports
- Liaising directly with clients and providing strategic legal advice
- Ensuring compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements
- Proactively managing files and adhering to court timetables
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and client reports
- Handling interlocutory proceedings and CCMCs
- Support Partners in client development and business growth initiatives.
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities.
About You
- Has 5+ years' PQE (guideline only) with strong catastrophic injury / large loss experience.
- Possesses solid personal injury litigation expertise.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.
- Enjoys tackling complex legal issues and developing technical knowledge.
