Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and own execution of the affiliate channel plan, aligned to wider performance and trading objectives.
- Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.
- Accountable for the management & efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.
- Execute affiliate campaigns, including partner placements, promotional activity, and optimisation of live activity.
- Monitor performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with trade plans, promotional calendars, and key moments.
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
- Lead the testing and implementation of new innovations, tools, and partnership models within the affiliate channel.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience within affiliate marketing or a related performance channel.
- Experience working with affiliate networks (Ideally Partnerize or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channels.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
