Join Kids Planet Lytham Lodge as a SEND Early Years Educator! This role is based on 30 hours per week.
We're now looking for a SEND Early Years Educator to join our team, someone who's ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.

How you'll make a difference as a SEND Early Years Educator:
- By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
- Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs.
- By promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:
- Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
