A well-regarded secondary school in Brent is seeking a full-time Science Technician to support their dynamic Science Department from September 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials for science lessons.
  • Maintain lab equipment.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Science-related qualification (degree).
  • Previous experience in a laboratory or school science setting (desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid enhanced DBS check and subscription to DBS Update Service.
  • Completed safeguarding and Prevent Duty training.

Compensation and Benefits:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
