At John Chilton School we want our staff team to reflect the rich cultural diversity of the school and local community. We are committed to being an anti‑racist school, empowering all pupils, staff and families, and enabling everyone to achieve and grow. This is a commitment to safer recruitment, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
