We are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Harvest Worker - Seed Operative (Temporary) to join our client in the agriculture and farming industry. This role supports mobile seed-processing units across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex and is ideal for candidates with experience as a farm operative, agricultural worker, or harvest worker looking for seasonal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seed‑processing operations as an Agricultural Harvest Worker.
- Assist as a Seed Operative with machinery set‑up, operation and calibration.
- Travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex to various farm sites.
- Support daily farming and agriculture operations.
- Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient working practices.
- Liaise with farm staff to support smooth agricultural operations.
Requirements
