Saltcoats Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic and committed receptionist to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team on a part-time basis of 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent administrative service to support the needs of the practice
  • Work with the public and assist in optimizing workflow

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Some IT experience is advantageous
  • Previous experience in general practice is preferred
  • Knowledge of EMIS and Docman is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
