Join us as our new Porter, where you'll deliver first-class service to both guests and holiday home owners. This is a varied, active role that includes transporting goods around the park, managing linen stocks and supplies, and carrying out specialist tasks such as carpet cleaning and jet washing. Your support will help keep our park running smoothly and looking its best.
What you will be doing:
- Receive and check deliveries of fresh linen, reporting any inaccuracies to the Accommodation Manager.
- Manage the linen inventory and perform weekly stock takes.
- Prepare and deliver fresh linen in time for the arrival of new guests.
- Respond to requests for additional linen.
- Collect dirty linen and prepare it to be collected for cleaning.
- Perform specialist cleaning jobs such as carpet and upholstery cleaning and jet washing the exterior of holiday homes.
- Deliver, retrieve, clean, and sanitise hire goods equipment.
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring they comply with company standards.
- Report maintenance, structural and/or mechanical defects to the Maintenance Manager.
About you:
- The ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands‑on cleaning services, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
- The ability to work at a fast pace, communicating and carrying out complex plans of work efficiently and effectively.
- The flexibility to be able to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
- A positive and friendly manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
