A busy dealership in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team. Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience is essential for this role. This is a customer focused role where you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle check in through to handover, ensuring excellent service throughout. You'll liaise closely with the workshop and parts departments, keep customers updated on vehicle progress, and manage additional work approvals and invoicing.
