Arden White Aviation, Aerospace & Automotive Recruitment are partnered with Heritage Automotive to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Advisor supporting multiple dealership locations across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to step into a varied, people-focused role within a growing automotive group, where you’ll play a key part in supporting managers and driving positive employee experience. This role is based in Salisbury and may require you to visit these sites and support in person when needed.
Role
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters
- Provide practical, hands-on HR advice and support based from the office in Salisbury
- Partner with managers to support performance, employee relations, and change management
- Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices
- Travel between dealership occasionally as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence managers
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Right to work in the UK

- £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
