We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Salisbury Campus on a full time, term time only basis.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality learning activities across 1:1, small group, and occasionally whole-class settings.
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a named pupil, including supervision throughout the school day (including breaks and lunchtimes).
- Support the delivery of a personalised, bespoke curriculum.
- Act as a Key Worker, building strong relationships with the pupil, parents, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the LSCo, SENDCo, and specialist teachers to implement EHCP outcomes.
- Provide enhanced supervision for specific activities (e.g. 2:1 support for swimming or off-site activities).

About You
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5).
- Have experience supporting pupils with additional needs, ideally within a SEND or specialist setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, SEND frameworks, and relevant legislation.
- Show resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting engagement.
