We are looking to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor in Salisbury. This role is for someone with up to 5 years PQE and will handle a varied caseload of employment‑related matters on behalf of employers and employees.
The employment team of this Legal 500 law firm offers expertise across both contentious and non‑contentious employment‑related cases, and we have identified the need for an additional Employment Solicitor to handle a full and varied caseload of employment related matters. The work covered includes contracts of employment, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancy and employment tribunal claims. The appointed Solicitor will deal with both contentious and non‑contentious matters on behalf of employers and employees.
Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE in dealing with both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of dealing with all types of employment matters on behalf of both employers and employees. Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered if they have completed at least one seat within employment law.
