We are working with a well-established legal firm based in Altrincham who are looking to bring an experienced Paralegal / Fee Earner into their Personal Injury team. This opportunity has come about due to continued growth, and would suit someone confident managing their own caseload who is looking to join a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Personal Injury matters, supporting clients throughout the full process while ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of Personal Injury matters from inception through to completion
- Providing clear, professional support and advice to clients
- Liaising with insurers and third parties throughout the claims process
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
About You
- Paralegal with around 5-6 years' experience, or a Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in Personal Injury
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury processes and procedures
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive approach with a focus on client service
