An experienced Family Lawyer is needed to join a growing Family team in Liverpool. The position is ideal for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE who can manage a varied private family caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while working closely with an experienced Partner and benefiting from a strong collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children work, cohabitation disputes, Schedule 1 claims and pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
- Manage cases from start to finish, draft key documents and advise on strategy.
- Attend court hearings, including FDRs and final hearings, and liaise with counsel and other professionals.
