Are you an organized and detail oriented Administrator looking to join a dynamic rail services team? We're looking for an Administrator to support our client's Rail team in delivering an efficient and optimized service. You will have experience working in an Administrative role for a minimum of one year prior.
Key Responsibilities- Track and manage safety work packs for Network Rail, ensuring timely submission
- Provide general administrative support and data input on various systems
- Any other administrative reasonable duties as required
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals at all levels and using a range of methods including face to face, telephone and email
- Excellent organization skills, including ability to prioritize and work within contractual deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who can also work independently
