Job Purpose
The HSQE & Facilities Manager is responsible for leading and embedding best-in-class Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards, alongside full accountability for facilities management across Pramac Generac UK & Ireland. The role ensures that all people, sites, operations and customer‑facing activities are conducted safely, compliantly and professionally, while also ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard that supports operational efficiency, employee wellbeing and business growth. The successful candidate will provide leadership, governance and hands‑on delivery across Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental compliance, facilities and site infrastructure. Reporting to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes.
- Coordinate ISO and compliance‑related activities, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 where applicable.
- Monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement activities across operational and support functions.
- Support customer, supplier, insurer and regulatory audits relating to quality and environmental compliance.
- Ensure corrective and preventative actions are effectively managed and closed out.
- Promote a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
