The Bear is a modern community pub on the edge of Bilton village and is at the heart of the new residential development. The site recently reopened after a transformational refurbishment to bring local residents an exciting new look and feel, combined with a unique dining and drink offer.

We're currently looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a cleaner at our pub. This is a key role in ensuring our public areas and facilities are kept spotless, welcoming, and up to the high standards our guests expect. If you take pride in creating a clean, comfortable environment and enjoy being part of a friendly, professional team, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail: Ensure all public areas and facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Reliability and punctuality: Consistently show up on time and complete tasks within scheduled shifts.
  • Physical stamina: Able to carry out manual tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, lifting linen bags, and making beds.
  • Discretion and professionalism: Respect guest privacy and maintain a friendly, courteous manner at all times.
  • Teamwork: Work well with other staff members, including front of house and kitchen teams, to ensure smooth operations.
