We are recruiting an Administrator to support the wider healthcare team at HMP Rye Hill, a Category C prison located in Rugby.
Responsibilities include:
- GP referrals
- Email responses
- Scanning/filing
- Data entry
- General administrative enquiries
Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site. Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, call up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, and performing general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.
Hours and Salary:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Annual salary up to £28,574 per annum
