Your Team

You'll join the Learning Services team, supporting the successful delivery and ongoing adoption of the LearnNow platform across our customer base. Working closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and customers themselves, you'll play a key role in ensuring users are set up for success from day one and remain supported throughout their journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-driven, customer-focused coordination work within a SaaS or learning technology environment. You'll develop your expertise in user administration, customer onboarding, and platform adoption, while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and stakeholder management. Over time, you'll build strong capability in operational excellence, customer success support, and data-led insight.

Your Impact

You'll ensure customers can access and use LearnNow effectively by managing user setup, onboarding, and ongoing administration. You'll proactively gather user information, maintain accurate records, and keep customer access up to date, including timely removal of leavers. By monitoring platform usage, you'll help identify adoption challenges early and work with stakeholders to resolve them. You'll also support queries through to resolution, promote the use of the LearnNow dashboard, and ensure stakeholders have clear, timely insights into customer engagement and usage.

Please note this role is on a 6 month FTC basis, working part time hours (3 days a week, total 22.5 hours per week).
