- Assisting set up of function rooms & tables, ensuring that the 5 star standard is met at all times.
- Serving food & drinks to our guests.
- Be knowledgeable on our food & drink offering to make appropriate recommendations to our guests.
- Ensure areas are tidy and well kept.
- Effectively communicating with the bar & kitchen teams to ensure every service runs seamlessly.
