We are a leading retailer of tools, equipment and household goods, serving customers across more than 900 stores and offering over 60,000 products.
Opening Hours:
- Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
- Saturday (7am to 6pm)
- Sunday (9am to 4pm)
Hours to be worked flexibly across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
- Host – the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You understand customer needs, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them.
- Store standards – ensure everything runs smoothly: cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
- Part of the team – join a team that takes pride in the store, works together and has fun along the way.
Qualifications:
- Experienced supervisor or duty manager, used to managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Great at providing excellent customer service and translating that into sales.
- Inquisitive, ever questioning, and always improving.
- Passionate about the business.
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and likes to work hard.
