Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer and supporter service
- Work as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets
- Assist with maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety
- Create relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues
- Support fundraising events for the store to achieve fundraising targets
- Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided)
- Perform manual handling and physical activity as part of day to day duties
Qualifications
- Understanding of what makes great customer service
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must be at least 18 years old
