We’re looking for a commercially minded Retail Media Manager to help shape and grow our retail media offering by bringing our audience insight, content and channels together in new ways. This role is focused on unlocking incremental revenue by helping brands show up authentically within our ecosystem through solutions that inspire, engage and build lasting brand affinity.
You’ll play a key role in developing how we take our proposition to market, working closely with internal teams to create campaigns that feel native to the LOOKFANTASTIC experience while delivering measurable impact for partners.
Shaping Our Retail Media Growth- Own and grow a portfolio of brand partnerships, delivering against retail media revenue targets.
- Translate brand ambitions such as awareness, consideration and brand love into audience‑led campaign strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for brands to connect with our customers in a way that feels relevant, inspiring and additive to their journey.
- Develop scalable campaign ideas rooted in key beauty moments, cultural trends and seasonal peaks.
- Turn our rich first‑party data and customer insight into compelling, easy‑to‑understand narratives.
- Create solutions that blend onsite, off‑site and owned channels in a way that feels cohesive and customer‑first.
- Support the evolution of our retail media proposition, helping define how we package and present our offering.
- Work closely with Data & Insight, Digital Activation and Brand teams to plan and deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.
- Align activity with key brand moments, campaigns and content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a connector across teams bringing ideas together and ensuring campaigns land effectively.
- Own campaign performance storytelling, focusing on engagement, reach and brand impact, not just conversion.
- Deliver clear, insight‑driven post‑campaign analysis that supports long‑term partner growth.
- Use learnings to continuously refine our approach, feeding into future strategy and innovation.
- Experience in a commercial, media, partnerships or brand‑facing role where you’ve built solutions around audiences, content or data.
