As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place and continuously reach performance targets, taking charge with effective leadership. You’ll set daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day‑to‑day operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1‑to‑1s, celebrating success and building genuine connections with the team.
Qualifications
- Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
