We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a busy, food led pub in Surrey with a strong local following. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a small team and making sure guests have a genuinely great experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the day to day restaurant operation
- Leading service from the front
- Managing and motivating the FOH team
- Handling rotas, stock and general organization
- Working closely with the kitchen to keep service smooth
What we’re looking for:
- Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Background in fresh food / quality pub or casual dining
- Confident running busy services
- Good with people - team and guests alike
- Organised and reliable
Package: £32,000 salary Approx. £8,000 tips 40 hours per week 28 days holiday
