As a duty manager at Chilled, you will lead and inspire the team while delivering excellent service and atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring the team.
- Hands‑on work including mixing signature cocktails, running food, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Setting the standard of service and atmosphere.
- Coaching team members and collaborating with managers.
- Providing knowledgeable and creative food and drink recommendations at our half‑yearly “shakeoff” and “cook off” competitions.
